Compensation: $15-$22 / hr

We are seeking an experienced Residential House Painter who is:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including washing, scraping, and sanding.
- Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes to residential properties.
- Ensure high-quality results by using the best products and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential painting projects.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
