Kitchen renovation that included a custom pantry closet built where the refrigerator once existed and the refrigerator was then recessed into wall. Some unique features include a farmhouse sink, mini wine fridge built into the island, a pot filler above stove, and upper/lower LED lighting.

All this stunning home needed was a kitchen renovation. These homeowners had a beautiful vision for their dream kitchen, in which we helped bring to life. Always a pleasure working with these clients!

This homeowner’s basement was already completed; however, he wanted a more custom entertainment room with specific items in mind. Part one of this basement renovation included:

-Old vinyl & linoleum flooring was removed. Tile flooring was put in place.
-Old drop ceiling & fluorescent lighting removed. A custom floating ceiling with recessed lighting & LED accent lighting was put in place. Ceiling mounted 12 inch speakers with Bluetooth connection were installed.
-Custom baseboard heating covers throughout the room.
-Custom wooden bar built in place with shamrock accents & epoxy top finish, as well as LED accent lighting.
-Custom dartboard wall on a piano hinge for a hidden liquor cabinet.
-Custom high counter bar with faux picture frame and drink holder scribed to the wall.
-Large pellet stove installed with 6 inch round duct work ran to three main floor bedrooms and main floor family room area to heat home and conserve oil. Marble stone backdrop with finished trim and built up onto a platform that cantilevers for LED accent lighting.
-Completed the look with freshly painted blue walls and bright white trim accents.

The first step in this clients new home was to focus on flooring! Joe was able to rip away all of the old carpeting within all 4 bedrooms, closets, hallway, and the stairwell. He then placed vinyl flooring throughout the entire upstairs without any transitions and completed the look with quarter round. The stairwell was sanded and stained, and the spindles coated with a new color of paint to compliment the vinyl flooring. The walls received a fresh coat of paint to really give each room a face lift.

Start to finish, Joe created a custom to fit fireplace in a basementa he is currently renovating. This client wanted a stone faced electric fireplace with cabinetry and shelving. Joe installed multi color changing LED lighting behind the fireplace and custom painted all work to the clients request. He finished off the look with a nice trim all around.

Full basement renovation in progress! From concrete flooring and walls, Joe framed and sheet rocked the entire area as well as laid tile flooring, put in new closets, brand new windows, primed walls, and added recessed lighting. Lots of work still to be completed, but coming along nicely!

Joe was able to transform a simplistic laundry room into a more modernized version without taking up any extra space. A custom countertop, new cabinets, tiled backsplash, and fresh coat of paint helped bring this room back to life. Joe also created a custom “mock shelf” to hide unwanted plumbing where the client will still be able to access these pipes at any point, yet utilize the shelf for storage or decor.

Joe was able to enjoy a wonderful summer off with his family. Currently, Joe has been renovating several kitchens and customizing unfinished basements; stay tuned for some awesome before & after pictures!
