Entry Door transformations are always fun.

The added fun to this was that the homeowner wanted a matching window above the door. We could not find anyone to do it, so we built it ourselves in our shop.

A front door is one of the few upgrades where you can get close to — or even more than — your money back. But more importantly, it’s the first thing buyers see, and it sets the tone for the entire house.

There’s actual data showing curb appeal alone can increase a home’s value by around 7%, and your front door is one of the biggest parts of that first impression.

Pool houses are tough environments for windows — high humidity, moisture, and temperature swings can cause real problems over time.

For this project, Marvin fiberglass windows were the clear choice. Fiberglass is extremely stable and stands up exceptionally well to excessive moisture, making it ideal for pool houses and other high-humidity spaces.
