Wrapping up this rental property. Long list but moved and removed some walls. Added recessed lighting, new baseboard and trim, new bifold doors, door hardware. New shower and tub, new vanity’s and toilets. And finished off with a brand new kitchen and backsplash supplied by empire. (Waiting on dishwasher).

The little chubzillas. Just about 3 weeks. Starting to be able to hear and see. Now comes the chaos.

Removed existing small fiberglass shower insert. Removed the wall to open the room up. 40x40 glass large format tile with niches and shave shelf. New lvp flooring vanity lighting and paint. Also swapped a regular door with a pocket door for more accessibility.
