TCI Sod & Landscaping, LLC is currently hiring for a landscaping crew leader. This position will be responsible for leading the landscape crew and executing various landscaping and yard cleanup services for our customers.

We are a fast-growing lawn care and landscaping company located in Lehigh Acres, FL. Our landscape crew services the areas in Lee, Charlotte , Hendry and Collier County and all other nearby counties.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Leading the crew on landscape jobs/projects.
Installing and renovating landscape beds to include removal of existing shrubs/plants and installing new shrubs/plants.
Mulch and bark dust installation, as well as decorative stone in landscape beds.
Sod installation and removal.
Trimming shrubs/bushes and small trees.
Planting annual flowers.
Other various landscape projects.
Assisting the lawn maintenance crew, if needed.
Requirements:

Preferred 3-5 years of experience working on landscaping crews.
Ability to work outside.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Attention to detail.
Ability to lead a team.
Work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm
Willing to Work Overtime to get the job done.
Have reliable transportation.
Can follow instructions and ensure others do as well.
