🚨 HVAC PRO TIP 🚨

There’s usually a reason your HVAC professional leaves something the way it is.

We installed a new ice machine and about a month later received a service call because it stopped working.

Upon arrival, we found someone had unplugged the ice machine from its dedicated outlet and plugged it into a power strip so they could have more outlets available.

The result?

🔥 The amperage load overheated the strip.
🔥 The power strip melted.
🔥 The ice machine lost power.

Fortunately, nothing was damaged except the power strip. It could have been much worse.

🚨 Warranty or Not Warranty? 🤔❄️

Two weeks ago, we completed a routine AC maintenance for a customer. Today, we received a call that the system wasn’t cooling, and naturally the first thought was, “You just serviced it!”

We dispatched one of our senior technicians to investigate. After a thorough diagnosis, the culprit was found: 🐜 ants had invaded the electrical components of the system, causing the failure.

Now we’re curious…

As a customer, what would you expect?

✅ Should this be covered under warranty because the issue occurred shortly after the maintenance?

OR

💲 Should a minimum diagnostic fee apply since the failure was caused by a new issue unrelated to the maintenance that was performed?

8:00 PM on a Friday night… emergency AC call.

The homeowner’s house was 84 degrees after days of AC problems. Dirty filters, filthy coils, and a severely clogged drain line — despite another company servicing the system for years and recently performing “maintenance.” Worse, no one answered when help was needed most.

Thankfully, a neighbor recommended FBI Air.

Super Tech Justin got to work cleaning the system, replacing the filter, and tackling the clogged drain line. Using two shop vacs and nitrogen, he cleared the blockage after 20 minutes and got the AC running again.

Justin is up on the roof teaching Curtis and Austin the ins and outs of low voltage wiring on a 20-ton AC unit. Curtis is locked in and soaking up the knowledge… while Austin saw the perfect opportunity for a photo op instead. 📸😎
