A 1st Choice Well Service is experiencing growth, and we are seeking a reliable, hard-working Water Well Driller Assistant/Pump crew member to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Water Well Driller Assistant and pump crew member, you will collaborate with our experienced team to facilitate the installation and servicing of water wells across the region. This is a hands-on, physical role that entails working outdoors in various weather conditions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with equipment setup, maintaining tools, preparing job sites, and supporting the drilling process from inception to completion.

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs+
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols

Wage:
Starting pay $20 per hour
Varies depending on experience and skills.
