🏡 Front Entry Transformation Complete! 🏡
This homeowner was dealing with a front porch that had nearly 5 inches of negative drainage, causing water to run back toward the foundation. The existing concrete walkway was falling apart, there was no good access to the left side of the home, and the front yard needed a little more definition.
We got to work by excavating and removing the old porch, temporarily supporting the porch roof, reframing and re-pouring the concrete with proper positive drainage away from the house, installing new 6x6 support posts, adding boulder steps for easier access, and finishing it all off with a brand-new welcoming walkway.
To tie everything together, we also installed a landscape border to help define the yard and add some extra curb appeal. 🌿
From start to finish, this project came together great, and working with these homeowners made it even better!
