Looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented team member to our growing business specializing in hardwood flooring installation, sanding, and refinishing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

💼 Position: Hardwood Flooring Installer / Refinisher
💲 Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
📍 Location: Brandon, Vermont
🕒 Schedule: Full Time

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience with hardwood floor installation, sanding, and refinishing preferred — will train the right person
✔️ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
✔️ Reliable and organized
✔️ Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
✔️ Valid driver’s license

Just wrapped up this black walnut floor and it came out really sharp.

Black walnut has a naturally rich, darker tone with a lot of variation from board to board, which gives it a ton of character. It’s one of those floors that stands out but still feels classic.

Big thanks to our crew for the hard work that went into this one.
