I called to confirm ahead of time that PRS does not have or sell parts for their amps. When I first started in this industry, I could pick up the phone and call any company and get help with a repair. Everyone in the industry was helpful and had parts. I'm so frustrated with this industry now; where is the line between a manufacturer and a wholesaler? If anyone else out there has an Archon 50 with a failed power transformer. The Hammond JCM800 replacement is a direct fit. In fact, it fits in the original holes where to stock transformer does not. Just make sure to change R68 from a 1/2 watt 470 ohm to a 1 watt 47k ohm for the bias feed. You'll be all set with a nice upgrade.

The PRS Sonzera 20 amps have been coming in lately. One of these will be a Woodshed Guitar Works very soon. I have a mod for these amps now that cuts down the noise. Still no fix for the channel switching pop.
