After (and before) a fresh LVP install.
Some things to remember about a floating LVP floor:
1)Material and installation are generally a fraction of the cost of tile or hardwoods.
2) Installation time is a fraction of what tile and hardwoods take
3) once it has expired, it can be removed very quickly
4) it does not take stain from spilt food or drink, and most "permanent" markers aren't permanent on these surfaces. Even most paint formulas will not bond to LVP
These things make LVP a good option instead of carpet. They also make LVP a good option for rentals, leases, and areas that are expected to get dirty and messy.
Before you install carpet, consider the LVP option!

Old mustard yellow cabinets, before. Then after with the clients choice of blue bottoms and white tops. Add some new pulls, handles and hinges and the difference can be felt.
New cabinets can be expensive but as long as the old ones are still structurally sound then new paint and hardware is the next best thing.

For our official one year anniversary we restored the floors in this house originally built in the 1940's. There were several major issues the homeowner had with the floors not limited to: large expanses of flooring removed long in the past and patched in a hurry and quite conspicuously, carpet adhesive firmly adheared to the floor in 2 rooms, large holes in several places from old unused cables as well as aged dull finish.

Imagine: Moving your furniture into your new place, with new floors, and you hear a grinding noise to look down and see a nice long conspicuous scratch. 😣😥
No worries when Square and compass flooring llc has done your floors. In this scenario they basically just had to wait for the new coat of polyurethane to dry in the affected area.
Most superficial damage can be fixed without a full re sanding of the floors and we know exactly how to execute said fixes. This can make things a little less nerve racking when moving things or having other trades come and work over the floors.

Non rolled hard surfaces of any type! You pick it, we stick it👌
Pre finished products of any sort, including engineered wood, bamboo, solid hardwood. Tile, ceramic or quarry, carpet tile, Lvp tile , etc... Lvp, Rvp and just about any product that is not sold on a roll. Nail down, glue down, or floating. Reach out to learn more

More history preserved by Square and compass flooring llc . These floors were laid in the 30's by the Civilian Conservation Corps. The client did not want to remove or replace any of these boards due to their history. These floors will ring in there 100th birthday with a Square and Compass finish on them.

At least 20 year old carpet over 70 year old oak floors. Got the carpet stripped out and removed and discovered the hardwoods did not meet the kitchen floor, which was remedied with a custom hand made transition piece.... Sanding then commenced, followed by 3 coats of satin polyurethane.... Your floors can look like this to! Send a message to get a quote
