We were able to finish up a couple projects this past week. We had a challenge with this older rock home with good bones but the windows had definitely seen their better days but we revamped them and went back in with a nice VinylKraft Legacy series double hung window and fixed the rot and wrapped them with new white metal work. It help give this home nice clean lines again and took the energy efficiency to another level. We finished the week by installing a VinylKraft Legacy series double hung window and VinylKraft Prestige Series sliding patio door then trimmed them out with white metal work to complete the look. We have gotten a couple projects done this past week and weekend! First we tore down a 22 yrs deck for Ronald and Francis Mashburn and went back with all new Trex clam shell colored composite deck with white vinyl hand railing and fit it all back to their existing concrete. Then I helped a good friend Doug Riggs take out his older French door and went back in with a modern look French door that fit the style of new back cover porch!! We successfully completed several projects prior to this week's rains, including the replacement of Ms. Collier's outdated aluminum bronze windows with highly efficient VinylKraft Double Hung windows, which offer ease of use and effortless tilt-in cleaning. Additionally, her rear sliding patio door was replaced with a new VinylKraft Prestige series sliding patio door that operates with exceptional smoothness, and the project was finalized with the installation of a new full-view storm door at the front entrance. We also completed a project for Scott and Haley Millikan, which involved removing old wooden windows and installing VinylKraft Legacy series double-hung units, complemented by new exterior metal work. We were able to finish the install this week just in time before the rains came in for Mr & Mrs Hunter and Katie Dorning. We took the old aluminum windows out that had pretty much lost all functionality and went back in with all new VinylKraft Legacy Series replacements and really changed the entire look of their beautiful home and gave it that energy efficiency that it was needing to help on the heating and cooling while keeping that utility bill down! We also reworked an old patio door and wrapped it with all new metal work and sealed it so that it would last the test of the elements from the outside.
