Research, research and more research! This is exactly why we educate our customers. The manufacturer warranty on quartz is only good up to 109°. That is not heat resistant, Martha Stewart! Every single cooking appliance in your kitchen gets hotter than 109°. Which requires a trivet to be placed underneath said appliances to protect quartz countertops.
