In search of workers!

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Cutting Laborer to join our team. As a Lawn Cutting Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with lawn mowing and w**d whacking. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience working with ZERO TURN LAWN MOWERS required and AT LEAST 2 YEARS experience required.

Duties:
-Mow and w**dwack lawns on a crew
- Use hand tools and power equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping required
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Skills:
- W**d whacking
- Mowing
- Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping

We feel we need to defend The Land Crew on this site. For starters, we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. We are doing the best we can. This year has been tough. The rain really put a damper on the business last week. I want to thank all of our customers who have been so understanding and continue to support us. Besides the rain being an issue, our lack of workers has really been a struggle. Unfortunately, the government has not release enough work visas through the H2B program that we have used over the past 23 years. There are 24 of our normal workers who were not able to make it here this year because of the government. We are not the only company that has been struggling. We have hired workers that live here, but they do not always show up or they quit after a week. We are doing everything we possibly can to keep things running. Please try to have patience with us. Thank you for your understanding.
