I know about addiction far too well for it has impacted my life and that of my family . My biggest pet peeve is when people say "you had the perfect life, how could you mess it up like this over alcohol or drugs" or "if you want help you should just ask" or "We've already been down this road before and that it didn't work last time..." addiction literally consumes your soul and it's all you can think about! No one wakes up one day and says I want to be alcoholic, he**in, co***ne, or m**h addict for the rest of my life... So today more than ever, I pray for the healing of addiction for all that are still struggling. There's a personal reason for asking everyone to put this message on their status for at least 1 hour. I know who'll do it! Think of someone you love who has had an addiction or who is trying to fight this evil whether winning or losing. I hope to see continuous efforts towards sobriety & this status on all of my friends walls. Don't share, but copy and paste.

None of the hydrogen being pumped into those bottles is bioavailable. U can pump all the gas u want into water, if the hydrogen ions are not being bonded onto the atomic structure of the water particles (like what happens in our machine) as soon as you open the lid to that bottle, all the gas evaporates into the air. All those bottles say to drink the whole amount ASAP, and that’s because they know that the hydrogen is evaporating as soon as that seal is cracked. Any amount of hydrogen that somehow DOES make it into your body is irrelevant because it’s not bioavailable, whereas the hydrogen in our water is actually part of the molecular structure of the water it’s making, therefore making it 100% bioavailable to our bodies. There is about a million other reasons why these bottles are such a scam but that is IMO the most important one.
