WARNING: BEWARE OF SCAMMERS IMPERSONATING US ON FACEBOOK!

It's come to our attention that people on Facebook have been impersonating our company in order to solicit duct cleaning jobs. Here is how you know it's really Alltemp Air, and not someone impersonating us:
1. WHEN IN DOUBT, CALL OUR OFFICE ON ONE OF OUR PUBICLY ADVERTISED PHONE NUMBERS. We do have several phone numbers for marketing purposes, but all of our phone numbers are publicly advertised. You can reach us through the number on this Facebook profile, on our website (alltempairinc.com), or on Google.
2. We will never show up to your home in an un-lettered vehicle. (We definitely won't show up for a duct cleaning job in a rented hatchback with a shop vac in the trunk, as these scammers are doing!)
3. We do not use subcontractors for duct cleaning. Our technicians will always be wearing an Alltemp Air uniform.
4. If someone is claiming they can clean your ductwork in less than an hour, that is a scam. It takes half a day at minimum, depending on the size of your home.

If you see anyone in neighborhood Facebook groups attempting to book ductwork jobs using our name, please report it and let us know so that proper action can be taken to avoid others becoming victims of fraud. We are a family-run business and we've built our reputation based on 30 years of quality service and hard work, and seeing scammers using our name to cheat people in our community is very upsetting.
