This client was really worried about these steps and more importantly the hand rail. We Got a new concrete pad poured with new landing with steps, aluminum railing and composite decking boards.

This project has been a long time in the making, but it is done and what a transformation. New ceiling, cabinets, lighting, a decorative wall and shelves of poplar that were planned and sanded down with a few coats of poly.

This was a bathroom split up in two section with the tub/shower and toilet in its own separate room and sink in its own area with a closet in the back (not pictured).
Was painted at a later date by homeowner.

After a pressure wash it left this porch with some pretty furry wood, but after a good heavy sanding and a solid color stain this deck is looking beautiful once again! Let us know how we can help you make your spaces better!

Removed old porch cover and built new. Wrapped posts and header in trim, V-Notched grooved pine boards with a color of paint you would see on a porch in south Florida. Lights and Fans to be added.
