☘️Always staying busy here at Shamrock! Our latest project was for a nice local Lewiston couple that had some water damage to their 100+ year old ornate tin ceiling. We had to use great care in repairing and painting them due to their age and intricate design. We sealed the damaged areas with a good quality primer and painted them with Sherwin-Williams ceiling paint. The results speak for themselves! ☘️Shamrock's latest project in the great city of Lisbon, ME! These awesome folks contacted us in regards to a leaky drain they had with some ceiling damage. We were able to diagnose the cause of the leak and fix it. We also repaired the ceiling damage that had occurred from the leak and painted the room for them too. It came out great! They were super happy with the results and we were happy to have met them. They started as customers and we parted as friends! Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Wallace, we look forward to working with you again in the future!☘️

☘️This HAS to be some kind of record... We removed this old hot water heater, which was installed in 1983 AND STILL WORKING! This guy was installed during the Regan Administration! Granted, it was probably just days away from catastrophic failure - but she was still working! The average water heater needs replacement every 10 to 15 years, but this guy was in his 40's! As you can see, the old hot water heater was filled with sediment and rust when it was drained. We installed a new, energy efficient water heater with some shut-off valves to make it easier on the next people who have to replace it... Hopefully not after 43 years!☘️

☘️Shamrock has been exponentially busy through the holidays and into this month on a project here in Lewiston. We completed the drywall finishing on an entire first story home as well as installed tile floors throughout the bathroom, entryway and kitchen. It came out GREAT! The property owner was very happy, even though the project ran a bit over the estimated time to completion. That is because we ran into alot of issues with the drywall finishing and tiling that were all related to the property walls not being square. However, we all pulled together and worked through it!Teamwork makes the dream work they say! I was extremely happy with everyone pulling together to complete this difficult project!☘️

☘️Shamrock Home Improvement's latest project for a local pastor. He had a shower installation done and needed some repair work afterwards to the drywall and trim in his bathroom. He also wanted it all painted. We were more than happy to help. He and his wife were very happy with their new bathroom! HAPPY THANKSGIVING FROM Shamrock Home Improvement ! Our annual Operation Shamrock Turkey Drop went great! We were able to help several area families with their holiday dinners! We know times are hard right now and the need is great, we only wish we could have helped everyone who reached out... A special thank you to all who donated to help make this happen, hopefully this continues to grow each year and we are able to help even more families next time! God bless!

🦃After having to take a break last year due to health reasons, Operation Shamrock Turkey Drop is back! We will be delivering 2 Turkeys and all the fixings to 2 area families in need. We know we can't possibly help everyone as the need is great, but hopefully this helps a few families in these difficult times!🦃

☘️Here at Shamrock, the busy schedule continues to roll onwards! This is our most recent project here in the proud city of Lewiston, ME!
We took on this project painting the exterior of this home as well as installing soffit vents for proper attic ventilation and it came out great! The GREEN house on the corner is now the RED house on the corner! Like magic!☘️

☘️Very busy days here at Shamrock! We are currently on the second phase of a larger whole home update/repair in the great city of Lewiston! The first phase was completed back in July and we are also scheduled to go back this winter for the 3rd phase. We replaced some rotted fascia boards on the roof as well as installed some soffit. Still a little ways to go before this phase is completed, but progress is coming along nicely!☘️
