Following the last project, which required extensive preparation to restore its beauty, it was a pleasure to apply a quick maintenance coat. This house is a long-standing client of ours who participates in our maintenance program for log homes. The house will consistently maintain a magazine-quality appearance.

Lots of tinkering and a few coats of color and clear later, we finally got her finished up and looking stunning. We even managed to outsmart an otter who was eyeing the boat house as its new pad.

This week's project involves restoring an old cabin to a more welcoming appearance. A thorough washing was necessary, followed by sanding down the dark, raw areas. We still have a significant amount of chinking to complete, need to color, and apply a clear coat. Stay tuned for the finished product.
