Another wonderful single-family residence that just wrapped up construction at the beginning of this year. Couldn’t be happier for the owners and their family! This one took a lot of careful planning to fit everything into a 2,600 square foot boundary, but it all came together.

The video rendering includes two versions of our Enscape software capabilities. The bottom right rendering is our ‘white balance’ rendering to help our customers get a feel for the overall shape and form of the home. Once they’re comfortable with the size & sense of their home, we can then add their preferred textures & materials (paint colors, flooring, cabinet colors, etc.) to our models.

- 2,643 sq. ft. w/ 875 sq. ft. of covered front & rear porch areas
- 4 bed, 2.5 baths
- Includes office, walk-in-pantry & mud/laundry room
- Laundry adjacent to master closet
- Lots of natural light
- Rear covered porch protected from southwest winds

This was a fun, personal project that I've spent years tinkering with to get it just right (don't mind the stone wall still located in the fireplace...I guess I still need to tinker!). At two bedrooms and two baths, it's definitely not a large home. But a generous amount of natural light & plenty of outdoor space make up it's small stature.

New single-family residence design that was permitted to be constructed last month! Absolute pleasure working with the owners to create an amazing new home for their family. Looking forward to seeing it all come to life in the near future!

My Architect will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of one of our Team members today - Kelley Lund!.
2nd one to reach this milestone! (Mike Cannon was the 1st, and is going on 16 years)
I have a 3rd that will most likely be celebrateing 10 years in fall.

Blessed to have such a great Team.
(PS - there are only five of us on the Team!)

Our Enscape software, that works in conjunction with Autodesk Revit, helps us to provide 'fly-through' videos for our clients to help visualize their space and reduce changes during construction. Below is an example of an existing residence with an extensive interior remodel and an exterior deck expansion with a new roof canopy. Enscape also allows us to model any new exterior paint colors, which helps to take some of the 'guesswork' out of the painting process.
