Drafting & design services for new home construction. Building Plans ready to submit for building permits. . All drawing is done with 3D architectural design software. One advantage this offers is the ability to have a 3D model created as you are developing the floor plan! This a

llows one to see how various decisions made about the design of a structure can change the appearance of that structure! Also, working in 3D makes it much easier to see and understand spatial relationships of interior spaces such as kitchen & bathroom plans! Turning design ideas into 2D & 3D drawings, conceptual drawings to construction drawings, this is the service I have been providing for 20 years! My goal is to provide clients with a design that is pleasing to look at, live or work in, and is an asset to the community. I provide design plans that can be presented to township or borough building dept. officials to apply for building permits.
