This home built in 1980 was in need of quite a bit of work. The original owner, at ame point, put a roof over the porch and screened the porch in, without properly bearing the load of the roof. This results in bowing angles and the roof slowly but surely losing height and pulling away from the house.
I went in and rebuilt the rotted and compromised parts of the roof, then raised it back up to level.
Then went in with a correctly designed porch front that bears the load properly, tied into the concrete slab of the storage building below.
Installed new screen with a system. Replaced the screen doors and installed new decking boards.

It really turned out beautiful. And most importantly, the customer is extremely happy!
