Another install completed to perfection. This repeat customer had a pipe burst in the concrete slab that required a good bit of concrete removal to be done before we could get to our end of the installation. After a sub par job on the concrete patch by a company's name we won't mention, who refused to come back and make it right, these homeowners took it upon themselves to fix the issues the other guys left behind. And let me tell you guys..... I am sooo impressed with their work. These homeowners made the other "professionals " work look like a practice run. Carmela Brown-Nelson, you and your husband did an AMAZING job getting the concrete back level and smooth. Kudos to you guys. Your hard work and attention to detail made making your lower level match your 2nd floor, sooo much easier. Thank you for trusting us with your home.

Another install we finished up this past week. The existing carpet from the original build just wasn't what it once was, and the homeowner was looking for a change. He wanted something that would not only hold up to messes, but also something waterproof and durable. Shaws waterproof LVP fit every one of his requirements. We assisted with getting the required info to the insurance company so this homeowner could get her life back to normal again.
