3 individual slabs poured for the neighbor last week.

The roof over the addition was framed incorrectly, sagging, drywall cracking, actually somewhat dangerous.

2 days to get it completely torn off and dried back in, then another 5 days to have it 100% completed! Super proud of my crew on this one!

This is what happens when your contractor doesn't flash the ledger board for the deck properly. Unfortunately there's no cheap or easy fix. Estimated 50k to repair the damage.... and another 25k do tear down the deck and do it correctly to prevent it from happening again. This deck was built with the home in the mid 90s... it was discovered as the home was being sold.

12x20 covered porch we did last year. 18" wide infiniti stairs, Trex decking with picture framed edges, and Trex railing. Can't believe I forgot to post the pictures. It was just an uncovered patio when we started. Trex decking got put on backorder, so we finished it in January.

2 days... 2 days of metal framing and these guys are 75% of the way finished. The GC said that he was surprised.... The drywallers walked in and said oh crap there were no walls in here 2 days ago! These guys are absolutely CRUSHING it!
