Good morning and hopefully most have the lights back on 👍. We lost power for 5 days at our office and couldn’t receive calls there so if we missed yours we are truly sorry; please try again if you still need help at 859-294-4457. When the lights came back on at our office I had accumulated multiple messages on my mobile that were LOST also when that phone died UGHHHH - needless to say our lines of communications have been compromised during these busy times. That was my mobile at 859-361-3274 and was using as a backup since our office phone was down. We have helped alotta folks since the wind blew hard last week but may have lost your message along the way unintentionally so please reach back out if you still need help and we will do our best - Kristi will be at the office ; 859-294-4457, I have the mobile # back in service ;859-361-3274 and there’s always email- [email protected] - remember SAFETY FIRST ALWAYS - and thanks to all that trust and continue to use Treepro- we will be purchasing a backup generator for our office soon haha that’s for sure and will be working OVERTIME to keep customers tree needs took care of until things get caught up.
