Step 2: Tear out all wood floors and drywall; Completely gutting the homes interior

This early 1900s home experienced a pipe burst on the second level bathroom. The leak not only caused damage at it’s starting point, but on the main and basement levels as well.
After a 3-5 day dry out, we replaced the original slats and plaster and prepared for an entire rebuild!
