Nice master bath remodel just completed.

These before and after photos best represent my latest complete basement remodel. They depict many of the original challenges I had to face in redesigning areas of the basement, such as the staircase entry (which now has new carpeting) leading up to the main body of the home. We expanded that entryway from 32 to 54 inches wide, opening up the area significantly. I constructed two small closets-one built to conceal the HVAC system, another to conceal the sump pump. I installed bi-fold doors to close off the area under the staircase which now conceals the hot water heater. Now it looks completely new and the renovation added so much value to the home.

This family home received a modern and elegant basement remodel. Our clients are homeowners who wanted to finally renovate the outdated 40 year layout. The basement is now a beautiful space, ready for hosting, decorating and entertainment. Most of all an area they can be proud of. Increasing considerable value to their property.

Total vinyl siding removal. The homeowner installed the siding just a few years earlier. In an attempt to replace all the rotted wood, the previous contractor decided to merely install the vinyl over top.

Job duties includes but not limited to painting, drywall, flooring (wood, tile, laminate), fencing, plumbing, small electrical, trim, base, framing, appliance and cabinet installation, etc. Jobs can vary from day to day, week to week. Hours typically run 9-5:30, payday is Friday- check, Cashapp or Venmo. Some weekends. Transportation is a must. We are looking for a candidate with experience in residential remodel, such as; framing, flooring, tile, drywall, paint, as well some plumbing and electrical maintenance. Must be able to work at least 35 hours per week. Pay day is every Friday (Check/Venmo) and negotiated based on skill level and experience. Serious inquiries only please.
