Here it is. Just a little sneak peak to show y'all the brick color, trim color and new windows.

The finished project comparison is my favorite part. That's why I can't reveal too much.

The inside is in the rebuilding stage, once we get some sneak peaks of it, I will post them.

Before & After photos of my best friends floors. She had some beautiful Bambo floors that had been laid directly onto the concrete with out any type of underlayment or moisture barrier and they were molding and rotting. So we pulled them up piece by piece and laid some multi-tonal engineered hardwood down. It turned out beautifully.

This is the 1970's home in Lexington I am currently working on. I expect to have it finished and ready for the market in about 4 weeks. Today I will post some sneak peaks of changes to this house that will drastically make it look modernized.

Hey guys!! I wanted to create a page for everyone to see my work and for others, who are wanting to renovate to get inspiration.

I love every part of renovations and it's very rewarding to see the finished project.

I live for the day when I can take the final picture to do the side by side comparison.

I will slowly but surely start adding pictures of all of my flipping projects, plus my custom built home that I am the General contractor on right now.

This home was built in the early 1970's. It had never been updated but had one side of the garage closed in and converted into an addition living space. The remaining garage bay wasn't even big enough to park an SUV in.

This home was built in the 1970's and had never been updated. It sat on an acre lot near the Brazos River. It turned out beautifully.
