❄****HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE WINTER STORMS****❄

-We recommend clearing snow from around the outdoor unit, especially if you only have a heat pump as your main source of heat. Shovel at least 18 inches around on all sides to ensure proper air flow. Also dust snow off of the top of the unit. ❄

-Only use the Emergency Heat setting in a true emergency. Using it can spike your utility bill unnecessarily. 🚨

-In an ice storm, your unit will de-frost itself, so no need to go out in the ice. 🥶
