Real estate agents won't like me but it is time someone did something for the people...who wants to give away %6 percent when selling a home that they worked hard for?...Easy answer there...I will offer flat rate services ranging from managing projects in the home...helping you sell by owner and also help buyers determine whether or not their next purchase is a good one...I have the knowledge of an inspector and am willing to do 100x more than an agent...that includes being honest with clients because I will not have a commission hanging in the balance...I first got my real estate license in 2002...once I realized it was barely a step up from being a car salesman...I hung it up...manipulation and coercion shouldn't be a part of sales... I am sure there is the exception and there are great agents out there...but what do you really hear more often about agents?...I truly think their time is limited...I have 25 years experience in all things residential...at the very least I hope this reaches the real estate community and forces change...any questions please feel free to contact me
