The hardwood floor just finished, we are installing the quarter round now. I put paper down without tape and lay the quarter round on top of paper. After I nail the quarter round to the base and touch up all the holes, I’m ready to paint without having to worry about getting any paint on the brand new install finished hardwood floors. I gingerly remove the paper from underneath the quarter round. It tremendously simplifies the painting process.

She has sprayed out multiple jobs for Mod Renovations KC. I like how she needs me to to the ceiling and 2feet down the wall. I would’ve just did it all myself, but I wanted her to do it as well so I sprayed down the wall and we did it so quick we didn’t have any dry lines.
