It is with very heavy heart that I am writing this post.
Jeff Segraves (fka Gravesman) my amazing, partner, best friend and husband has sadly passed away. Although he was quite poorly, this was still unexpected. He had a liver disease that his body just couldn’t cope with anymore and passed quietly in his sleep, at home.
So Perfected Living LLC will no longer be in business.

Managed to knock out tiling a shower and tub enclosure over the weekend. Sorry, didn’t get a pic with grout. But a nice white did the job. Our client did a fab job of refurbing their rental and already has it sold almost move in ready 😁

Well it’s been AGES since the last post as there has been ‘stuff’ going on... mainly personal but we’re finally over the hurdle and back at it.
We are currently doing a bathroom remodel, in the Liberty area, which I will post pictures when complete, but meanwhile here’s the before...

Finished pics of master bedroom/bathroom. All trim on doors and windows are new, crown molding and tall base trim added...

Finished pics of master bedroom/bathroom. All trim on doors and windows are new, crown molding and tall base trim added. New barn door, vanity, flooring, complete reworking of bathroom (removed tub and changed position of toilet/shower). Loved for these clients, they were super nice and very easy to work with.
