Started this one a couple months ago really wanting to get it finished up but Mother Nature is really on one right now still half to finish soffit and facia and cedar ceiling and trim around new front porch and couldn’t ask for better homeowners. Just can’t wait to get it finished up for them need a couple of weeks of temps above freezing. Final pics when were completed. Praying for better weather.

Added another tool to the arsenal. Chitty chitty bang bang! This tool will pay for its self in the next three days.

Did some can lights for a customer last week was a little nervous cutting and patching holes in the ceiling but I must say they turned out flawlessly. They had 4 cans on the kitchen side and 2 above the fireplace but we switched them from 4”to 6” and then added 4 more along the back and front wall all evenly spaced out and in uniform! Changed out 3 reg switches to dimmer switches and added 1 dimmer switch on front wall

Pictures of the soffit and facia job had to use a little innovation on this one and go all in. Anyone want to buy a 40’ ladder lol. Just playing it’s nice to have but a bitch to move around I’m no spring chicken anymore. There was a time when I could set it up myself climb to the top and slide down. Last time I set it up by myself was at the church and was down 3 days after that.

After soffit and facia for my Aunt & Uncle we hung new gutters and downspouts with new leaf guard must say it turned out amazing. Thanks to Glen the gutter guy we put up all new seamless gutters and the leaf guard he provides is tip notch. Thanks for the help from Danny Johns aka Ducky. He conquered his fear of hights and spiders lol. Even though their families their great people to do work for. Love you guys and thanks for the work and Lunch was a definite bonus!

Nice little job for a repeat customer couldn’t find the vinyl fence cause it was discontinued and their going to change ...

Nice little job for a repeat customer couldn’t find the vinyl fence cause it was discontinued and their going to change out the whole fence in a couple years so we just used some pressure treated dog ear wood fencing and had Menards color match the paint witch they nailed it. Whoever installed the fence ran rebar in a footer and up each post sleeve and filled them all with concrete. It was a bitch just removing the one post that got hit by a tree the rest of the fence will be fun (not) lol will be renting a skid loader for that demo.
