Officially in phase 2 of this job. Demo was completed, sheetrock and tape tonight. The fun begins real soon. 1400 sq. Feet of leveling subfloor in a house built in the 30's and continuous engineered flooring to top it off. My only question is "Is anything built square on the coast"????

This deck boasts one of the most breathtaking views on the coast. A job like this is most certainly a financial and motivational investment as it will easily increase the value of your house in addition to relaxing you. Next up glass panel railing to preserve that view.

The beautiful view and deck saga continued today. I was able to get the outside beam up, several joists and quite a bit of blocking. Hard work pays off.
