flood caused pillars supporting main center beam to sink and shift. house needs to be raised , foundation rebuilt, new support lollys and a new center beam. 90.000 dollars. an ounce of prevention.again if waterproofed first yes it was 14,000 but would have saved them tens of thousands of dolllars
