This refresher was much needed! Framing replace and mold remediation was a must on this one! Yes that is scilicone on the I’ll grout joints to temporarily stop the problem until the owners could pay to have it redone! Don’t wait to long people otherwise you may be in for more work then you want to do!

New bathroom going in? Here’s a quick start to finish floor job in a basement where the old floor drain was disconnected and a new one installed in a new location to provide room for a new bathroom. The old drain was plugged, primer applied and then self leveler added to get rid of that ankle breaking slope which then allowed for a nice new bathroom floor! Good bye ugly drain!

Another remodel done successfully! This one brought to you by black mold! Mold can spread quickly and easily and must be handled with care to make sure it is all gone before new is reinstalled as well as making sure it is not spread throughout your house during the removal process. Be careful of what products you use in wet areas of your house and make sure you or your installer is waterproofing your shower correctly!

Visited a job I finished a year ago to replace some scilicone used between the tile and the Corian bench top, with the cold we saw this winter I wasn’t surprised! I was very happy to see the rest of the shower looks as if I just finished it yesterday! Also a couple other jobs done this week and surprisingly my first envelope sloped floor after 5 years of mostly tile work!
