I've been taking several AI webinars this month to learn how our company can use AI effectively. While trying out Chat GPT I noticed today's Facebook trend is posting career AI caricatures. Here's mine. Doing something as simple as this prompt and then modifying the results was incredibly fast and accurate. I can see how it could help businesses streamline workloads.

Lighting is more important than you think! A couple of other things to remember.

1. Warm lights enhance warm colors; cool light enhances cool colors. Warm lights will tone down the intensity of cool colors and vice versa.
2. It's usually recommended that multiple light sources in a room be the same/similar color temperature unless they aren't going to be used at the same time. A cool white mixed with warm will both make the warm white appear too yellow and the cool white too stark. Multiple light colors can be visually confusing and create weird lighting effects.

Even after designing and remodeling spaces for 34 years, I'm still sometimes stunned at the difference an intentionally planned space can make!! This bathroom had been remodeled by a previous homeowner with, arguably, no design expertise. It felt small and awkward while it actually had abundant space. Even the door hinged the "wrong" direction into the room. The new bathroom has a larger shower, larger vanity, more open floor space, and STILL feels like we added square footage.

Trends in Vegas: This one shows textured wall and mixed materials. Mixed materials in vanity of wood and metal. Cool thing? This is a "cultured stone" product that is made to look like wood. It might be difficult to clean with all of that texture, but, unlike the real thing, it is definitely waterproof.
