Meet the team…

I am Will Ewald, I have been with By Design for four years, and my favorite thing to do at work is laying edging. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing for bass and trout. My dad, is an english teacher and the Lincoln Railers basketball/ baseball coach. My mom enjoys her job working with number. My sister Madi, is married and was a Division I swimmer at the University of Nebraska Omaha.

I am Chad McFadden, I am married and have three kids. I have been working at By Design for nearly six years and especially enjoy working on patios. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as hiking and fishing.

I am Andy Frost I have a close family that includes my mom and dad, two sisters, one brother, and eight nieces and nephews, all of whom live in Lincoln. I enjoy just about every aspect of work, especially putting the finishing touches on a project. I have been with By Design for three years. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, going on hikes, and fishing with my dog.

I am Brandon D’Andrea I come from a family of five—my mom and dad, and two older sisters. I’ve been working for By Design for the past seven years and really enjoy the hands-on aspects of the job, especially edging, as well as building patios and retaining walls. Outside of work, I like to spend my time fishing, spinning vinyl, and playing pickup soccer.

By Design Landscaping in Lincoln is expanding, and looking to hire a new landscape foreman. Person applying must possess, leadership skills, good people skills, strong work ethic, team mentality, and enjoy the landscaping field

Position requirements:

Equipment Operation/Maintenance
Manage a 2-4 man crew
Ability to install softscapes (perennials, trees, shrubs, edging, mulch, rock)
Mowing, seeding, sod installation
Hardscape installation

Wok Experience:

2 years landscaping experience

Required Licenses:

Drivers License
