We recently finished a nice update to an existing deck. This deck needed a bit more TLC than originally thought once we got the railing and decking removed. We made some updates and corrected some wrongdoings from the previous contractor, along with widening the stairs. They can now feel safe when using their deck and enjoying these wonderful fall days and evenings. Thank you to Tim and Geri Vanis Shipley for entrusting us with your home's needs. Recently put the finishing touches on a long project of reconstructing a 130 year old barn roof. Had to re-frame both the lower pitched slopes as you can see they were way far gone. Also had to rebuild a wall and took the time to salvage siding boards and batten strips from another barn on the property to make it look like it is still 130 years old. I appreciate Brian Krull and his late father for entrusting us to resurrect this wonderful piece of family and American history. He shared with me some of the old photos of both barns and how his grandfather was featured in National Dairy Magazine for their Grade A milking area in this particular barn. That area was actually located inside of the wall we rebuilt.

Recently finished a basement remodel on a house that we helped with their first floor remodel last year. Added a bedroom with large walk-in closet, 2 rec rooms, office and better storage in their laundry room.

Had the pleasure of replacing this deck and pergola structure for a wonderful couple. It was a challenge with all the different levels but we love a challenge. Turned out incredible.

Helped a family wanting to open up an older home by installing this steel I-beam to remove the bearing wall and existing 2x12 wood beam. Love how much of a difference this makes to a space and the transformation that takes place on a house that is almost 60 years old.

We built this front porch while repairing the house from a tornado in 2014 and the owners wanted to upgrade with composite decking and Westbury railing so as to not have any maintenance going forward. Replaced the decking, railing, and lattice. Was wonderful working with the Bartholomew's once again. Thank you Terry and Kris for your continued business. We installed an egress window for them fall of 2021.
