How I converted a white warped, stained glass door with gray trim into a mahogany color with gold trim. This took some time, however it was definitely worth it because it was much cheaper than purchasing a new one. I purchase of a new mahogany French door was quoted to me over $20k

Shower pipes had no support. Shower head broke off.
Added support and re-sweat new pipe and new head added

Living room had no lights in ceiling. Ceiling was sagging, which is why stud finder showed studs in wrong places.

Customer asked for cheap but strong shelves. Coat closet turned into pantry, because it was right next to kitchen.

Couldn't find a straight stud. Stud finder showed that the studs were located at random places. Had to install the plywood to make sure there's enough support. I cut the sides on a 45 degree bevel cut to make nicer.
