I received my Notice of Approval- Inspector Registration that I am now a "Licensed Residential Building Inspector" for the State of Michigan!! This is dear to my heart because my Father, James H. Bogie was a retired Licensed Building Official before his passing a year ago. Thank you Dad for all your wisdom & guidance!

One thing we've learned about this business is that there are (3) levels of parties involved in property damages........Insurance carriers, restoration contractors & the homeowners (insureds). It's an industry that is changing for the better, quickly. Often people (insureds) get worked over by insurance carriers and adjusters; Contractors also find themselves getting worked over by the carriers and even by the insureds when they add extra requests that are unrelated to the current damages. We believe this happens due to many involved parties that are NOT experienced in these situations. Don't let this happen to you!

-If you have had a damage claim before or will have one, & you feel you haven't been treated fairly, you need to contact us.

-If you're a contractor working on helping your customer get what is owed to them, you need to contact us.

-If you're with an insurance company & your insured and/or contractor is asking for things that don't pertain to the direct damage, you need to contact us.

For over 30 years we have been on all sides of this industry. Our difference is we work with one thing in mind (that is our motto) "It is what it is". This meaning what has happened, happened. It needs to be handled properly & professionally. If it was affected, it needs to be taken care of. If it is NOT affected, it doesn't belong.
