Just finished up another budget friendly deck. This one was pretty big. 32' x 12' two stairs and two gates for the dogs.

Here are a couple of pics from a client's house where we did two bathrooms. The bigger one was from scratch out of a storage area. The smaller one is a before and after. More of a refresh.

Built this small deck last week.

Had to completely demo the old one that had collapsed in a couple if areas. Definitely was a home owner special from previous owners. Frame was nailed together with 18 gauge trim nailer in places. No joist hangers and completely rotted.

This treated deck had to be a bit smaller to come in on budget. I think it turned out really nice and it should last 25 years if taken care of.

Here's another photo dump of two kitchens we finished in the last few weeks. Walls moved, layouts changed, flooring done, new cabinets, lighting and paint. Check out that island! It's over 15' long. I think they turned out beautifully. Two of the nicest to date.
