🌿💚 Reflecting Sunday 💚🌿

As we say goodbye to last week and prepare to welcome a new one, many of us are already building the list.

📅 Appointments to remember.
🛒 Groceries to buy.
💻 Work that needs to get done.
🏠 Things around the house that need our attention.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 People we need to show up for.

But before you finish that list, I want you to ask yourself one important question:

Where are YOU on it?

Not just your responsibilities.
Not what you can accomplish.
Not what everyone else needs from you.

You. 💚

What will you intentionally do this week to care for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being?

Maybe adding yourself to the list looks like…

☕ Enjoying your coffee before it gets cold.
🌿 Taking 20 minutes to sit outside.
📖 Reading just because you enjoy it.
🚶‍♀️ Moving your body in a way that feels good.
📵 Putting your phone down and being present.
💬 Asking for help instead of doing everything yourself.
🚫 Saying no without writing a five-paragraph explanation.
😴 Going to bed when your body tells you it’s tired.
💚 Making space for something that fills your cup.

And remember: caring for yourself isn’t another task you have to perform perfectly.

It’s simply remembering that while you’re taking care of life and everyone in it…

you are someone worth taking care of, too.

So as we reflect on the week behind us:

✨ What drained you?
✨ What filled your cup?
✨ What do you want to leave behind?
✨ What do you want to carry forward?

And as you make your list for the week ahead…

👇 Tell me one way you’re adding YOURSELF to the list this week.

Mine is: ____________. 💚

Let’s give each other some ideas in the comments. You never know—your act of self-care might inspire someone else to choose themselves this week too. 🌱

☕💚 Working on Me Wednesday 💚☕

Pause for a moment today…

Take a deep breath in… and out.

Now I want you to think about something important:

All the work you’ve poured into other people.

The support you’ve given.
The advice you’ve shared.
The listening ear you’ve offered.
The encouragement you’ve given when someone else was struggling.
The way you’ve shown up—even when you were tired.

You’ve done a lot for others.

And that matters. 💚

But now I want to gently ask you something just as important:

What about you?

When was the last time you checked in on yourself the same way you check in on everyone else?

When was the last time you asked:
• How am I really doing?
• What do I need right now?
• What part of me needs attention, healing, or rest?
• What have I been putting off in my own growth?

Because here’s the truth:

You can’t pour endlessly into others and forget to refill your own cup.

So today, let’s bring the focus back home—to you.

💚 Maybe you need rest.
💚 Maybe you need boundaries.
💚 Maybe you need healing.
💚 Maybe you need discipline.
💚 Maybe you need forgiveness—for yourself.
💚 Maybe you just need space to breathe and be.

Whatever it is… it deserves your attention too.

So as you move through this Wednesday, I want you to sit with this:

👉 What is one thing I’ve been pouring into others that I now need to pour into myself?

And even deeper…

👉 What is one area of myself I’m ready to work on—without guilt, without pressure, just with honesty and care?

This isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about being intentional.

It’s about choosing you—not last, not later… but now.

You matter in this equation too. 💚

👇 Let’s reflect together:

What’s one thing you’re working on in YOU right now?

☕💚 Let’s Talk Tuesday 💚☕

Can we talk about something that doesn’t get enough attention?

The growing pains that come with life transitions.

We celebrate the new job…
The graduation…
The promotion…
The relationship…
The baby…
The move…
The fresh start…

But we don’t often talk about what happens in between.

The uncertainty.
The grief of letting go.
The fear of the unknown.
The loneliness that can come with change.
The self-doubt that quietly whispers, “Can I really do this?”

The truth is, even the transitions we’ve prayed for can feel overwhelming.

Growth often asks us to leave behind a version of ourselves before we’re fully comfortable stepping into the next one.

If you’re in a season of transition right now, I want to remind you of this:

💚 It’s okay to not have everything figured out.
💚 It’s okay to miss what once was while still being excited about what’s ahead.
💚 It’s okay to move at your own pace.
💚 You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to keep showing up.

As you move through this week, give yourself the same patience, compassion, and understanding that you so freely offer others.

And while you’re at it…

Let’s extend that same grace to the people around us.

We never truly know what someone else is carrying or what chapter they’re navigating.

A little kindness can go a long way.

👇 Let’s talk…

What life transition has taught you the most about yourself?

Or…

If you’re currently in a season of change, what’s one thing you’re reminding yourself to hold onto?

This is a safe space. Your story might be exactly what someone else needs to read today. 💚🌿

🌿 Reflecting Sunday 🌿

Happy Sunday, Heal Yeah friends. 💚

Before we jump into a brand-new week, let’s take a moment to pause and reflect. Growth doesn’t just happen by moving forward—it also happens when we take time to look back and learn from where we’ve been.

Take a few quiet moments and ask yourself…

✨ What went well this past week?
Celebrate even the small wins.

🤍 What was challenging?
Not to dwell on it, but to learn from it.

🌱 What did you learn about yourself?
Every experience teaches us something if we’re willing to listen.

🙏 What are you grateful for today?
Gratitude helps us notice the good, even during difficult seasons.

Now let’s gently shift our focus to the week ahead…

🌼 How can you set yourself up for success this week?
🌼 What lesson from last week will you carry with you?
🌼 What are you most looking forward to?

Remember, you don’t have to have the entire week figured out. Sometimes all you need is one intention, one healthy choice, and one step in the right direction.

💚 Let’s reflect together…

Share your answers in the comments or simply tell us:

✨ What’s one lesson you’re taking into this new week, and what’s one thing you’re looking forward to?

Let’s encourage one another as we close one chapter and begin another.

Wishing you a week filled with grace, growth, and moments that fill your cup. 🌿

Can I dream out loud for a minute?

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how many incredible women I know who spend their days pouring into everyone else…

Their families.
Their careers.
Their friends.
Their communities.

And somewhere along the way… their own cup quietly becomes empty.

As we get older… life just starts lifing.

Work gets heavier.
Parents get older.
Kids grow up.
Relationships change.
Health scares happen.
Dreams get put on hold.

And before we know it, we can’t remember the last time we truly paused and did something just for ourselves.

So…

I’ve been dreaming.

Not just about a vacation…

But about creating intentional spaces where women can exhale.

Where we can travel.
Laugh.
Rest.
Have meaningful conversations.
Make genuine friendships.
Explore beautiful places.
Reconnect with ourselves.

Nothing is official just yet… but I can’t stop thinking about it. 🤍

So now I need your help…

👇 If something like this existed, tell me:

1️⃣ Would you actually go?

2️⃣ What would make you say “YES!” to a women’s retreat?

3️⃣ Beach 🌴 or Mountains ⛰️?

4️⃣ One-day local experience, weekend getaway, or international retreat?

5️⃣ What’s ONE thing you’d want to leave behind… and ONE thing you’d hope to take home with you?

And if you’re someone who immediately thought, “I need this…” comment EXHALE below or send me a DM. I’d love to keep you updated as this dream comes together.

Because maybe…

It’s time we all remembered that filling our own cup isn’t selfish.

It’s necessary. 🤍✨

🌿 Wellness Wind-Down Wednesday 🌿

As Wellness Wednesday comes to an end, let’s take a moment to pause and reflect. 💚

We spend so much time focusing on everything we didn’t get done that we often forget to celebrate the small ways we cared for ourselves.

✨ Did you take a walk?
☕ Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee?
🌱 Water your plants?
📖 Read a few pages of a book?
💧 Drink more water?
🧘 Take a deep breath?
💚 Set a healthy boundary?
😊 Share a laugh with someone you love?

No act of self-care is too small.

🌸 Tell me… what did you do today to fill your cup?

Drop it in the comments! 👇

Let’s remind one another that healing isn’t always found in the big moments—it’s often found in the little things we choose to do for ourselves each day.

I’ll go first…

☕ Today I filled my cup by going for a drive and listening to some oldies but goodies! 😌

Your turn! 💚
