Techni-Tool, Inc. is pleased to announce the merger of National Tooling Products, a Texas-based industrial distributor. The new firm will be known as Techni-Tool Company Inc. The combination will provide our customers with additional technical expertise, increased supply chain management services and best-in-class customer service experience. We are excited about this new partnership and National Tool Products joining the Techni-Tool family.
