Policy, Procedure, and Privacy
All Surface Preparation: Unless otherwise specified the surface preparation will consist of pressure washing, scraping, caulking, sanding, and patching minor holes in drywall and stucco. We will remove all fixtures and screens. We will dig a trench along the perimeter of your home or block walls to paint as close to the footing as possible. In addition to covering all existing areas with paper and plastic to ensure protection. Upon completing the project we will re install all fixtures and screen and clean up any debris. Guarantee: All material is guaranteed as specified when performed according to standard practices. New construction consist of one touch up and one walk through only. The Project must be paid for in full or else the guarantee does not stand. The guarantee does not cover damages due to climate and or owner negligence. Written Change Order: Any alterations of deviations that differ from the original signed contract of specifications that implicate extra costs require a Written Change Order. In addition any changes must be made within 10 days of the scheduled start date of the project. The Written Change Order requires a written signature by the Authorized Person of the Property before any work can be performed. Payment: NO Payment is required up front unless otherwise specified in the original contract. Full Payment is due upon completion of project in Cash, Credit Card, or Check made out to Imperial Painting, LLC. Cancellation Policy: You have within 10 days of signed contract to cancel. Any Cancellation thereafter will be subject to a 10% processing charge. Imperial Painting, LLC reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any project due to unsuitable work conditions of the environment or change in climate. Privacy Policy: Imperial Painting, LLC Does not exchange or give your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. In addition Imperial Paining, LLC will NOT add your name to our reference list without written consent. Imperial Painting, LLC may take photos of the project to add to our album and to ensure the quality of our work but we will not disclose any personal information, your name and address will not be disclosed.
