Once you get the tile up. The thinset is still stuck to the concrete. And a quick trick if you buy or rent the Bosch small hammer drill. Use it the correct way to get under the tiles and pop them up when it comes to chipping the mortar off of the concrete. Turn it backwards. And ship it from the concrete it will just break loose. Some spots harder than others. And just be careful not to dig into the concrete.
