Yesterday we completed a project with some unforeseen problems. There were some huge rocks in our way, that took lots of unexpected sweat, but we were able to get the job done! 105 linear feet of privacy fence, including 3 gates.

The homeowner is happy with their finished product, now being able to let their dog loose in the backyard and having some additional privacy and security!

Making your home a more enjoyable place to be is our goal, on every job.

This repair came with some challenges!

The client that reached out to us for this needed a deck post and some railing replaced in preparation for selling their home, upon request of potential buyers.

We searched for a post that matched the designs of their current posts and couldn’t find one! These posts were also odd dimensions, so replacing them with any other standard size would have meant ALL of the railing would have needed replaced to keep from leaving gaps! Time to get creative.

- Cut out rotted portion at the bottom of existing post
- Pick up 6x6 post, cut and mill down a piece to match the existing post dimensions
- Secure new portion to the existing, and paint to blend in!
(Also replace rotted section of railing, but that was fairly straightforward)

Now this old porch post and railing is back to new, SECURE structure.

We’re not just in the business of repairs, we’re in the business of problem solving!

When this client reached out to us, they had 3 bedroom windows that wouldn’t stay up on their own. One adjustment and 2 sets of new spiral balances later, they’re working as they should! We love taking care of people and helping solve their problems!👍💪
