This large scale kitchen project included a wide variety of updates. From painting walls, cabinets, and crown molding, to installing new countertops and flooring.

The process included a deep clean of the existing cabinets followed by sanding, two coats of primer, and two coats of a bold black paint! The walls and trim work received fresh primer and paint as well.

The updated countertops and LVP flooring tie everything together, giving the space a dramatic, high-contrast look which feels intentional and modern. The homeowner now has a revived kitchen they’re proud of!

Phase two of this basement renovation covered roughly 700 square feet of ceiling updates. This included all new sound-control insulation and replacement of damaged ceiling tiles throughout. Also installed additional recessed lights wired to dimmer switches, giving the homeowner the ability to adjust lighting in every area of their basement space.

For this basement bedroom refresh, the existing ceiling was torn out completely which provided a clean slate to work with. From there, sound-control insulation was added and a new drop ceiling grid system was installed. This project also included the addition of recessed lights which were placed on a dimmer switch so the homeowner could have full control over the lighting of the space. The result is a finished, functional room!

This one was a full transformation from start to finish. This old shed had run its course, Swope Contracting tore it down, hauled everything away, and got to work assembling a brand new 8x10 shed on a clean concrete slab.

The new unit features a wood-grain exterior, double doors, interior shelving, and a finished floor. This was a serious upgrade in both function and curb appeal. The homeowner now has a storage space to be proud of!

This custom laundry room door required ripping the door down to a custom width, routing the hinge locations, and fitting new hardware. The result is a clean and precisely installed door.

The frosted glass panel keeps the space feeling open and bright while still maintaining privacy. Details like this make a real difference in how a home looks and functions.

Rotted garage door trim is one of those things that’s easy to overlook, but if left unaddressed it can lead to bigger problems down the road. On this job I replaced the brickmoulding, jamb trim, and weatherstripping with black PVC material. This project not only added great curb appeal but also granted the homeowners a rot-proof and low maintenance upgrade!

The contrast of the black trim against the white door and siding gives the exterior a noticeably more finished look. A relatively small repair that makes a real difference.

Custom Media Shelf…

It has an independent 4-1/2” thick oak base that is not attached to the frame, meant to reduce subwoofer vibrations. The shelf includes slotted back and side openings for wires and cables. Overall, it is crafted to match the existing furniture of the house and function efficiently for the client’s needs!
