FAQ as of late:
“Do you make all these Saturday morning?”
Absolutely not.
“So when do you actually make them?”
All week long—ingredient prep, shell baking, fillings, decorating, dishes, packaging… it’s a process.
“Do you make your fillings from scratch?”
Every single one.

Macarons are one of the most technically difficult pastries, so there are a few steps involved… especially when you’re doing it solo.😅 IYKYK

Saturday is the finale, not the whole show.
