I feel guilt when someone misses out, but I received such a sweet compliment today that really meant a lot.

Flavors may cause extreme summer nostalgia…
SCHOOL’S OUT week is officially loading✨

🍌𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗲: banana ice cream filling + fudge center + maraschino cherry + peanuts
🪱𝗗𝗶𝗿𝘁 & 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗲𝗼 𝗣𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: creamy chocolate oreo pudding filling with an oreo shell & gummy worm
🍭𝗖𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆: sweet fluffy cotton candy infused buttercream filling (a top fav)

Fun fact: macarons are so picky that every ingredient has to be weighed out down to the gram✨

So while nobody really sees this part… just know there are hours behind the scenes of weighing powdered sugar, granulated sugar, almond flour, and egg whites (after separating them all first🥴) so macarons can happen.

Definitely not the glamorous part, but consistency is EVERYTHING with macarons. Being a solo baker prepping everything this way allows me to turn out your favorite flavors week after week.
