Another deck is completed! Another satisfied customer. We removed this 30+ year old deck and re-built a brand new deck, low maintenance deck for our client to enjoy! This one was fairly simple to do but came out just as our client wanted.

Forgot to post this project that we finished up last month. Full basement remodel. We re-framed the basement to add a bathroom, an open bedroom, living room, wet bar and a closet to hide the furnace, water heater and water purification tanks.
All plumbing was re-routed to accommodate a new tankless water heater, the water filter system and plumbing for the bathroom.
We also did all the tile work, installed trim, new doors and fixtures for the bathroom and wet bar!
Once again a fun project and great clients to work for!

We finished up our Kitchen Remodel finally. Had to wait for the countertops to get installed before we could finish up the backsplash. We removed all existing cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Installed all new cabinets with handles, backsplash, farmhouse sink, all new appliances, and custom shelving and countertop for the coffee bar. We really enjoyed the his project and our clients were great to work with.

I forgot to post this one from a couple of weeks ago. This was a some custom book shelves we made for a customer. She wanted it all to fit underneath one of her stairs. Very simple project, but came out nicely.

We had a small project at Rose Medical Center today. We are a new vendor for them for small projects. This was an existing electrical panel in a nurses break room. The nurses were tired of looking at this ugly electrical board so we built a simple custom cabinet over the top of everything. And made a door for easy access to all of the electrical.

Finished up the stair railing today and wrapped up this deck project! From demo to finish this was about a week project for us. Our customer just happened to get about 2/3 of the decks Trex boards for free plus some lumber. We tried to save him as much money as possible on this project. I think it came out nicely and will get plenty of use this spring and summer!

Well our 1st Project of 2022 is finally complete on our part. This was both fun and a little frustrating, but I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. We had to do some extras to cover up the drywallers mistakes. All in all this was a good project.
We did roughly 80% of the work including framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, trim(all around), hung doors, installed fixtures and lights, installed a glass shower door, and installed cabinets for this full basement that includes a living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, a spare room and 2 walk in closets. Also a big thanks to my new business partner Shaun Cordova for all of your hard work!

We started our next remodel last week. Another Basement Remodel! Framing, plumbing, tile, trim, doors and installing fixtures for a bedroom, bathroom, wet bar and rec room.

Finally finished up the last of the added trim to the inside and outside of all 4 windows, we also added 1/4 round trim to the baseboard trim throughout all rooms. Now we wait for paint and then we will install all the fixtures, lights, door handles, a glass shower door and a few things for the kitchenette to finish out this full basement remodel!

Here is a little sneak peek at one of our upcoming projects. We will be doing a kitchen remodel. Out with the old cabinets, countertops a few appliances. Here is a peek at the new cabinets… we will also be installing a new subway tile backsplash along all countertop space and some custom shelving!
